Colossians 3:9-17

^9 (A)Do not lie to one another, seeing that ^(B)you have put off ^(C)the old self^[a] with its practices ¹⁰ and ^(D)have put on ^(E)the new self, ^(F)which is being renewed in knowledge ^(G)after the image of ^(H)its creator. ^11 (I)Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave,^[b] free; but Christ is ^(J)all, and in all.

^12 (K)Put on then, as ^(L)God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, ^(M)compassionate hearts, ^(N)kindness, ^(O)humility, meekness, and patience, ^13 (P)bearing with one another and, ^(Q)if one has a complaint against another, ^(R)forgiving each other; ^(S)as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. ¹⁴ And above all these put on ^(T)love, which ^(U)binds everything together in ^(V)perfect harmony. ¹⁵ And let ^(W)the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called ^(X)in one body. And ^(Y)be thankful. ¹⁶ Let ^(Z)the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, ^(AA)singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, ^(AB)with thankfulness in your hearts to God. ¹⁷ And ^(AC)whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, ^(AD)giving thanks to God the Father through him.
